Brindabella Baby
Brindabella Baby Website
This Australian shop stocks baby carriers, diapers, clothing, and lots of other gear for kids. Many of the items are made by people working from home, often by moms who are trying to raise kids while making a living. (Shouldn’t be radical concept, but, unfortunately, it’s a darn difficult thing to do these days.)
In addition to goods made with love at home, the shop stocks environmentally friendly sweatshop-free items. So it’s easy to feel pretty good shopping here.
Brindabella Baby hired Little Kelpie to develop a design for the site. The colors are influenced by the reds, grays, and greens of the Canberra, Australia, landscape where the shop is based. The site features a range of custom illustrations, including the navigation icons and home page “sweatshop free” icon.
The Brindabella Baby logo was developed by White Fox, an Australian design studio.
Brindabella Baby outsourced the Web development to an Australian development company they selected.
