Penn Ave. streetscape project

We were thrilled when Loysen + Kreuthmeier invited us to team up with Klavon Design for this project. The Penn Avenue Streetscape Guidelines will encompass the length of Penn Avenue from Doughboy Square to Negley Avenue and will make specific recommendations for the design of streetscape elements such as sidewalks, trees, public art, lighting, furniture, signage, as well as cycling and public transportation amenities.
