Tree

 

As we’ve said before, the first series of flyers we did for The Andy Warhol Museum’s music performances was our favorite of all the music series we’ve worked on with them. We got to listen to lots of music, read about the bands, and get inspired by all we had taken in.

After settling on the idea of this tree for the Mekons flyer, we transformed the sketch into a deeply colorful, moody tree that almost seems alive.
